Starting image was the small decal shown below, from PngImg. The hands and laptop are mine — two different images, blended — as I need one hand to run the phone camera ;-)
The background is a free desktop template from Adobe Stock. This was one of those extra busy weeks, so I threw this together in one day, without much inner contemplation before putting images together.
